Benefits of Vipassana Meditation

Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught in India more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for human suffering. This meditation has been taught in a 10-day course all around the world and is free for anyone who wish to learn Vipassana and practice it.
At our workshop I will be sharing my firsthand experience as a graduate of this course. Although this meditation technique cannot be taught in a matter of a few hours, you will have an opportunity to practice the basic steps and see for yourself how simple yet effective this technique is. Please bring your meditation cushions if you have them and wear comfortable clothing.
